What is the purpose of the Council?
To increase public understanding of all facets of alcohol use, abuse, alcoholism,and other chemical dependencies. To take this knowledge and use it in solving the problems of alcoholism and other chemical dependencies. To promote and support the necessary community services for the treatment of persons and families suffering from alcoholism and other chemical dependencies.
Do you charge for your services?
We are a non-profit agency funded in part by grants, donations, and fundraising. Most services are free and available to everyone regardless of their ability to pay.
There is a fee of $25.00 for substance abuse assessments for those 18 +. This fee will be waived or reduced if the individual is unable to pay.
